Well, if they are moving out on the bypass, they won't have as far to go to cherrypick. Those "non-existent" quotas just went up, up, up....
Don't bother to say there aren't any; I've seen the memos on the board at the barracks.
One of my pet peeves is that you never see them during rush hour when people are trying to kill you with cars, but go on the bypass in off-hours and there's one at the bottom of every hill with a gun and a pad of tickets.
I don't speed, so this is not sour grapes, just real observation from someone who drives a LOT. Given the ways and times that they choose to enforce the laws, they cannot be doing anything but revenuing.
Ok, now I jus' gotta put on Radar Gun, by The Bottle Rockets, and calm down....
